Michał Sztąberek

President of the Board

He graduated from the Faculty of Law at University Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński in Warsaw and completed postgraduate studies of Management at Warsaw School of Economics. Lead auditor according to PN/ISO 27001 standard. He has been professionally engaged in data security, in particular personal data protection, since 2006 (since 2010 as the president of iSecure Sp. z o.o.) He was responsible for multiple projects related to adjusting activities of companies and public/municipality institutions to personal data protection directive requirements, its implementing acts, special regulations. He was involved in many administrative procedures conducted by GIODO (eliminating discrepancies in personal data processing process at customer’s site) and provided seminars on personal data protection and on e-commerce directive. He acts as ABI inter alia in Eniro Polska Sp. z o.o., Grupa CD Projekt, Warsaw University of Life Sciences, The Polish Bar Council, The National Chamber of Statutory Auditors. Joint author of two books dedicated to personal data protection – “Personal data security. Practical guide” (Presscom 2017) and “Employer’s obligations related to employees’ personal data protection” (Wolters Kluwer, 2016).

Privately a passionate of role playing games (RPG) and fantasy/science fiction fan. Leisure time he spends on planning travels, inevitably accompanied with his son Eryk.

Maria Lothamer

Vice-President of the Board

She graduated from Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science at Czestochowa University of Technology and Faculty of Production Engineering, specialization Quality and Information Security Management in IT at Warsaw University of Technology (postgraduate studies). She has begun her professional career at Help Desk in PZU Życie SA. She has been professionally engaged in data security, in particular personal data protection, since 2008 (since 2010 as the vice-president of iSecure Sp. z o.o.). She was responsible for multiple independent projects related to adjusting activities of companies and public/municipality institutions to personal data protection directive requirements, its implementing acts, special regulations. She acts as ABI inter alia in Deichmann Obuwie Polska Sp. z o.o., companies of Grupa Takeda, Transbit Sp. z o.o. She has several publications on personal data protection in, among others: “Hurt i Detal” magazine, “Dziennik Gazeta Prawna” and “Marketing w praktyce”.

Privately she is a fan of her daughter, family games and paintball.

Katarzyna Ułasiuk-Delamare

Member of the Board

She graduated from the Faculty of Law at University Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński in Warsaw. Personal data protection specialist. She is also experienced in providing services for entities in the field of e-commerce, consumer’s rights protection and intellectual property law. Internal auditor according to ISO 27001 standard. In the field of data security, in particular personal data protection, she has gained her several years professional experience by providing legal assistance (in the constant or summary formula), conducting audit projects or acting as Data Security Administrator. Her current achievements cover a direct cooperation with, inter alia companies of Grupa Kapitałowa PWN, companies of Grupa Kapitałowa Marvipol, Bluesoft Sp. z o.o, Cinema City. She publishes in “Puls Biznesu” and iSecure blog on regular basis. Joint author of the book – “Personal data security. Practical guide” (Presscom 2017).

In leisure time she extends her knowledge about World War II, visits museums and exhibitions, learns about analyses of air traffic incidents and searches for new rarities for her small collection of utility ceramics.


Olga Skotnicka

Partner / Bydgoszcz Branch Manager / Personal Data Protection Specialist

Lawyer, she graduated from Nicolaus Copernicus University Faculty of Law and Administration in Toruń. She has gained her experience in debt collection company EGB Investments S.A., where she started in Business Claim Department then acted as Management Systems Proxy. She is certified auditor and proxy for two managements systems: Quality Management System ISO 9001 and Information Security Management System ISO 27001. She has also gained a lot of valuable experience and skills while she has acted as Information Security Administrator (ABI). She has conducted and supervised multiple audits, during which she has evaluated compliance and level of adjustment of particular processes. She also cooperates with University of Economy in Bydgoszcz, where she gives lectures on personal data protection, economic law and public order law.

In iSecure, as a personal data protection specialist, she is involved in providing legal assistance (in the constant or summary formula) and conducting audit projects at customer’s site.

In the past she used to work as stewardess, which remained her passion until today. Moreover she is a driving instructor (cat. B) and zealous scout.

Kinga Bieniek-Zawadzka

Personal Data Protection Specialist

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University. In 2019, he completed postgraduate studies in Labor Law at his alma mater.

He cooperated with many organizations, including ICC or the Allerhand Institute. He is the founder of the "Mediujmy" Association and the Optimum Pareto Foundation.

Gaining experience in law firms in Cracow, he developed his interest in corporate law, serving companies from the construction, hotel and e-commerce industries. In 2017, he began to prepare clients for the new EU regulations in the field of personal data protection, which were to apply from May 25, 2018. Since then, the GDPR has become his whole life. He had to efficiently carry out many audits, create appropriate documentation and train employees of the companies so that they could avoid high fines. Then he moved to Warsaw where he has been serving private entities for almost 2 years, ensuring that each of their processes complies with both the new EROD (EDPB) or Personal Data Protection Office (DPA) guidelines as well as the specific regulations of national and European law. He believes that in business it is possible to come to a win-win situation when the entrepreneur and the customer are the winners by protecting personal data.

In his spare time, he likes to run fast and stretch with bosu ball. He often visits the kitchen where he loves to prepare meals for loved ones. Twitter fan.

He loves Italy for espresso, pistachio-stuffed croissants and pizza in Naples. He has the same feeling for France as Mark Greenside in his autobiographical novel "I will not be French. No matter how I try." He started to like our western neighbours thanks to the Rammstein folk band.

Karolina Żebrowska

Personal Data Protection Specialist

Attorney at law and a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. She completed an attorney apprenticeship at the District Bar Council in Warsaw. In 2021, she passed the professional exam and was entered on the list of attorneys. Participant of the European Center of Arbitration course.

She gained professional experience in a law firm and business entities specializing in personal data protection law. She implemented the provisions of the GDPR, including in international shared service centers, the real estate industry, the TSL industry, hotels, foundations, hospitals and employment agencies. In addition to legal advice, training and auditing, she was the Data Protection Officer. Her leading professional interests focus on issues related to the application of personal data protection regulations in the areas of labor law, as well as IT contracts.

In her free time she practices yoga, reads psychological thrillers and plans further journeys.

Mateusz Jakubik

Information Security Officer

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Helena Chodkowska University of Technology and Economics in Warsaw.

During her studies, as an exchange student she studied Business Administration at the American College of Cyprus in Nicosia and completed internships at the law firm Claim Time Solicitors in Great Britain.

She gained professional experience working in law firms and advising as a lawyer in internal departments of international and local companies.

She has carried out and supervised numerous audits of the GDPR implementation, provided ongoing support services for enterprises and conducted training in the field of personal data protection.

She is a graduate of postgraduate studies in the fields of: commercial companies law, restructuring and liquidation of enterprises and performing the function of Data Protection Officer, and she is currently broadening her knowledge in the field of compliance by doing a degree in 'Compliance Officer' course.

Privately, she is an animal lover - her pomeranian Molly accompanies her even when working in the office. She loves long journeys and Indian cuisine.

Maciej Łukaszewicz

Personal Data Protection Specialist

Legal counsel. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Białystok. He served his legal training at the Regional Chamber of Legal Counsels in Warsaw. Personal data protection specialist at iSecure sp. z o.o.

He gained experience in the field of personal data protection in one of the renowned Warsaw law firms specialising in the area of GDPR. He advised clients from the FMCG sector, franchise chains, real estate. He also acted as Data Protection Officer in these entities. He is the author of numerous trainings in the field of personal data protection.

In his free time, he enjoys active outdoor recreation, cycling trips and sports photography. An avid supporter of his beloved football team.

Agnieszka Dominiak

Personal Data Protection Specialist

Graduate of Human Resource Management and Labour Pedagogy at the Academy of Special Education in Warsaw. She developed her qualifications in the field of personal data protection during postgraduate studies in the field of Personal Data Protection and Information Security Management at Lazarski University in Warsaw. Member of the Association of Data Protection Practitioners since March 2020. Internal auditor of ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards.

She gained experience in personal data protection at one of the largest nationwide medical operators, in an organisation with a distributed structure. She participated in building a personal data protection system on the basis of GDPR regulations, conducted internal audits and dedicated trainings for employees. She oversaw the process of managing authorisations in IT systems.

She strives to ensure that the company's customer sees the benefits of GDPR for the business.

After work, she dances Cuban salsa and plans which patch of Scandinavia to explore next time. She normalises conversations about mental health.

Nina Zacharska

Personal Data Protection Specialist

Graduate at law of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Maria-Curie Skłodowska University in Lublin. She accomplished postgraduate studies in "public procurement law" at the University of Warsaw.

In the field of personal data protection, she has built her experience and skills by fulfilling the role of Data Protection Officer in a number of public finance sector entities.

Since 2018, she has conducted and supervised numerous audits, implemented data protection documentation, provided trainings and ad hoc assistance on data processing compliance in both small and large public sector entities.

In her free time she travels, plays tennis and reads crime literature.


Aneta Szcześniak

Office Manager

Office administration holds no secrets for her. She has built her career in this area and is enthusiastic about her tasks, emphasising that this is something she feels most at home with.

She has gained her many years of experience working in both smaller companies and large companies, specialising in office administration job positions and as a Management Assistant.

Privately an avid fan of scrapbooking, she creates real wonders in this form of handicraft. If time allows, she goes with her family to the Tatra Mountains.
